Keene Center Begins New Programming Year
As the Fall Semester commences at Columbia, the Keene Center extends its welcome to students, faculty, and members of the general public. We have organized a wide range of activities this fall. They include our regular Thursday-evening lectures, a major international symposium, a lecture series, and an opportunity to meet an internationally renowned author. We are grateful also to the Institute for Medieval Japanese Studies for their gift of a concert of Gagaku music on November 30th in commemoration of the Keene Center's Twentieth Anniversary. More exciting events lie ahead in Spring 2007.

Please take a look at our Fall Calendar, and join us for as many programs as you are able. Remember that Keene Center events are always free and open to the general public. Thanks, as always, to our donors for allowing us to maintain this tradition!
